We pride ourselves on our after-sales service.  Should any problems arise with your security system, we operate a 24-hour call-out service, and we guarantee you a response!

As for maintenance, your first year is automatically covered.  After that, we offer an extremely flexible rolling 12-monthly maintenance contract that can cover parts and labour during normal working hours.

For complete peace of mind, it makes sense to have your system regularly maintained by the people who installed it – and who know it inside and out.  This is now becoming an insurance requirement.

Intruder Alarm Monitoring

We’ve all heard them.  Intruder alarm bells ringing in the middle of the night with no one taking any notice.  The alternative is to have your intruder alarm system monitored.  This means linking it to the SGS Systems nominated receiving centre.  This is connected by a telephone line, so that we can give a rapid response.

Other types of signaling include Redcare/Redcare GSM, Dualcom/Dualcom GPRS and Digital Communicators.
